Why The Low-Carb Diet Works To Lose Weight

Low carb foods are essential for weight loss. In fact, the fastest way to lose weight is to completely eliminate all carbs and sugars from your diet. Sort of like the Atkins Diet.
That means you need to eat only protein and vegetables. I’m talking about 100% sugar and carb free. That means no bread, oatmeal, fruit, juice, et cetera. The only thing you can eat is protein and vegetables, which includes limited dairy. Do this for two weeks and you are sure to start shedding pounds. Combine this diet with regular exercise and you will lose weight faster and easier than you have ever lost weight in your life!
Why does it work?
It works because your body is made of protein, amino acids, vitamins, minerals, and other natural compounds. Therefore, it needs those natural compounds in order to properly function. When you start feeding your body starch, carbs, sugar, and other things that are not natural to your body, it doesn’t know what to do with them. Therefore, it does what we all do when we don’t know what to do with something. Your body stores it away.
Instantly, the unnatural products you put into your body get converted and stored as fat cells. The problem with this type of fat cell is that since it isn’t a “whole food” that your body can easily break down, the fat cells are very difficult to eliminate. The only way to eliminate them is if you stop eating the foods that make them. Then, your body will start to burn them up because you are no longer giving it that unrecognized substance.
In other words, when you stop putting junk in your body, your body will start to do some major house cleaning thereby getting rid of all that fat it has been storing up.
